All orders are dispatched within 24 hours
of receipt of payment. We use either Australia post or Fastway Couriers at
our discretion. If you have a preference please make a request in the
message section of the order form.
P.O. Box addresses automatically go by
Australia Post.
Returns Policy
Please let us know immediately if you a
problem with your order.
Australian Healing Clay will exchange or
refund your purchase price if for any reason you are unsatisfied with our
product or you have received damaged goods.
Notification of exchange or refund requests
must be made and returned within 10 days of receiving your order. No claims
are acknowledged after this time.
Postage costs incurred by you in returning
any product will be reimbursed to you only if the product is defective.
please include a copy of the invoice/order number and an indication as to
whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Australian Healing Clay will pay
the cost of posting the replacement.
