Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours
of receipt of payment. We use either Australia post or Fastway Couriers at
our discretion. If you have a preference please make a request in the
message section of the order form.
P.O. Box addresses automatically go by
Australia Post.
Express orders received
and paid for by 3pm will be shipped on the same day. Otherwise they will be
shipped on the next business day.

takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit if the "Registered Parcel" option is not
selected during checkout.
Australian Healing Clay
is not responsible if Aust. Post or a courier service fail to meet an
estimated delivery time.
"Leave at the door if not home."
Requests by you to leave an order at the door if not home will be honoured
but the risk is entirely yours. Australian Healing Clay is not responsible
if your order is lost or stolen. The order will not be replaced if it is
lost or stolen.
Returns Policy
Please notify us immediately if you have
received damaged goods. Australian Healing Clay will replace your order if
it has been damaged in transit. Notify us by email and return the damaged
item to us for assessment.
We will exchange your order in full or in
part at your request and on receipt of the returned item/s unopened and in
good condition. Extra shipping cost are payable by the customer prior to
dispatch.
Notification of exchange requests must be
made and returned within 10 days of receiving your order. No claims are
acknowledged after this time.
Postage costs incurred by you in returning
any product will be reimbursed to you only if the product is defective.
Please include a copy of the invoice/order number.
